Our Methodology and How We Work

Everyone's journey is unique. The Peace Journey guides you through a structured, self-paced exploration of your inner world and daily life. You will learn practical concepts, try small actions, and build habits that strengthen your capacity for calm, clarity, and resilience.

Your journey is organized into three areas:

  • Inward exploring your body and mind to understand what shapes your reactions and wellbeing.
  • Outward looking at relationships and environments that influence your sense of peace.
  • Upward connecting with values, purpose, and growth to support long-term stability.

Each traveler receives a private dashboard where all resources are presented in simple, manageable steps. Content unlocks gradually as you progress, either automatically after a step is completed or with confirmation from your Volunteer Journey Companion.

To support your growth, the Peace Journey uses:

  • Curated psychoeducational resources to give you clear, reliable knowledge.
  • Reflection exercises to help you connect ideas to your real experiences.
  • Practical actions that build confidence through small, repeatable change.
  • Light motivational check-ins from your Volunteer Journey Companion to help you stay steady and not feel alone on the path.

This approach is gentle, structured, and designed to help you grow stronger from the inside out, one thoughtful step at a time.

Your Journey With Us - Step by Step

  1. Registration: Create your account.
  2. Email Activation: Check your inbox and activate your account via the link we send you.
  3. Initial Well-Being Check: Complete a brief self-assessment to help us understand your needs and guide your next steps.
  4. Request Your Journey Ticket: Once ready, request to begin your journey with a Volunteer Journey Companion (VJC).
  5. Journey Map Co-creation: Together with your VJC, we'll design a personalized journey plan outlining steps, objectives, and your destination; an exclusive concept created by Luminavia.
  6. Journey Begins: Support starts asynchronously, tailored to your goals.
  7. Going Forward in Your Journey: You'll complete tasks and small goals that we define together along the way.
  8. Optional - Become a Volunteer: If you feel ready, you may choose to become a co-traveler and support others who are just starting out.
  9. Preparation for Solo: When the time comes, we prepare to say goodbye so you can continue with confidence.
  10. Solo Journey: Your solo phase officially begins. This date is recorded as a milestone.

You are welcome to repeat this cycle if you feel the need for another fresh attempt; however, due to limited resources, we can only issue a new journey ticket 3 months after the end of your last journey.
